Welcome to Jamroots Graphic. When you browse jamrootsgraphic.com, create an account, or place an order for a doormat or custom design, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our related policies.

If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit an order. We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date on this page will change when we do.

02 — Use of Website

How you may use our site.

You may use this website to learn about our mats, shop ready designs, request custom artwork, and manage your orders. You agree to provide accurate information at checkout and in custom-order forms.

• Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other customers’ orders.
• Do not upload harmful files, spam, or content that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Do not scrape or copy product images and designs for commercial use without permission.

03 — Products & Descriptions

Mats made for real doorways.

We sell premium personalized and catalog doormats — including funny, faith, family-name, geometric, and kitchen styles — typically printed on durable coir with non-slip backing in standard sizes such as 18 × 30 in (unless otherwise stated).

Colors, textures, and photos are shown as accurately as possible. Slight variation can occur between screen display, materials, and print runs. Product titles, sizes, and materials on each product page control what you purchase.

04 — Orders & Payment

Pricing, checkout, and payment.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice for future orders. Promotions and coupons apply only as stated when offered.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order for stock, pricing error, suspected fraud, or artwork rights issues. Payment is collected through our secure checkout providers.

Custom orders are made to order — please confirm all details and approve your digital proof before payment for production.

• Catalog mats: add to cart, choose options (such as size), and pay at checkout.
• Custom mats: submit a request, review our quote and proof, then pay when you approve production.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of shipping and billing details you enter.

05 — Custom Orders

Your design, your mat.

Our Custom Orders service lets you upload logos, names, and artwork for a personalized doormat. Submitting a request does not create a binding price until we confirm a quote and you approve a digital proof.

06 — Shipping & Delivery

From our studio to your door.

Many mats are produced to order. Production timing (often a few business days after approval) plus carrier transit applies. Tracking is shared when your order ships, where available.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes according to the carrier terms once the order is handed off for shipment. Please inspect packaging on arrival and contact us promptly about transit damage.

07 — Intellectual Property

Our designs stay ours.

Jamroots Graphic owns the site, branding, product photography, and original mat designs unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce our designs for resale or commercial use without written permission.

For custom work, you keep ownership of your uploaded artwork; you grant us a limited license to use it to produce and fulfill your order (including proofs and customer service).

08 — Liability

Fair limits on responsibility.

Doormats are intended for typical residential or light commercial entry use as described. We are not liable for misuse, improper outdoor exposure beyond recommended care, or delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.
