Custom Order Policy.

01 — Requests

A request is not yet an order.

Submitting a Custom Order form tells us what you want. It does not create automatic pricing or start production. We review your idea, materials, and size, then reply with next steps.

Final pricing is confirmed after artwork review. No production payment is required until you approve the quote and proof.

02 — Artwork Rights

Upload only what you own.

You must own the rights to logos, names, and images you upload, or have permission to use them on a doormat. Prefer clear PNG, SVG, or AI files when possible so we can check print quality.

03 — Proofs

Approve before we print.

Every custom order includes a digital proof so you can review layout, text, and colours. Production begins only after your approval. Please check spelling and details carefully — approved proofs guide what we make.

04 — Payment

Pay when you’re ready.

We request payment after the quote and proof are approved. Custom mats are then scheduled for production and shipping like other made-to-order items.

05 — Changes

Edits before approval.

Reasonable proof revisions are part of the process. Major redesigns after approval, or changes once production has started, may not be possible or may require a new quote.
