Because your products are created on demand and not kept in stock, each order is considered a bespoke, personalized purchase. For this reason, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise faulty. This also applies to digital products delivered immediately. Your legal rights remain fully protected.
1. We are committed to quality and customer satisfaction. If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please submit a claim within 30 days of receiving your product and we will gladly assist you.

2. Requests We Cannot Accept
To maintain fairness and consistency, the following situations are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds:
– Color Variations
Jamrootsgraphic uses multiple printing methods depending on the product material. As a result, slight color differences between your mockup and the final product may occur. These variations are normal, and Jamrootsgraphic reserves the right to decline returns based on non-obvious color differences.
– Incorrect Shipping Address
If an order is placed with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, Jamrootsgraphic cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or reshipments.
– Sizing Issues
Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that do not fit. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

3. Requests We Gladly Accept
We will fully support you in the following situations:
– Packages Lost in Transit
Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the issue is determined to be an error on our part, we will cover the cost of replacement.
– Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items
If your item arrives with a printing error or physical defect, please submit a claim within 30 days of receiving it.
– Incorrect Size Delivered
If the size tag on the product or packaging does not match the size you ordered, we will replace the item at no cost to you.

4. General Information
Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to Jamrootsgraphic’s facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order to yourself or your customer.
